About MXDATA
Website signals about AI use can change before anyone needs to review them. MXDATA keeps a neutral, dated archive of those statements: original files, collection details and hashes. The record can support research, audits and examination of disputed files without deciding what a signal means in law.
How we work
- Neutral collection
- We represent neither publishers nor AI companies. The same method applies to each site in the panel.
- Records with context
- We report what a site published and when. We do not rate sites, rank AI companies or draw legal conclusions.
- Methods in the open
- Our collection method, definitions, limitations and crawler behavior are documented.
- Archived bytes stay intact
- Stored files are never edited. Parsing corrections are recorded separately with their dates.
- Site files only
- The crawler collects site-level files without personal information. The privacy page explains how form details are handled.
